Suncoast Care Providers,Inc. (SCP) provides services in the AHCA Region 6 of Florida State, which is comprised of Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough Manatee and Polk counties. SCP also provides services in the APD Suncoast Region.
As dedicated healthcare workers we ensure that we provide quality care to our patients. This includes helping them with their activities of daily living (ADLs) and age-approriate instrumental activities of daily (IADLs), which are essential for their stability and maintaining their maximum level of funtioning. As we care for the recipients outside of institutionalization and hospitalization (but in their homes) we are able to observe and monitor their responses to medications, other forms of therapy and necessary restrictions. We ensure that individual rights are not restricted in any way; and any restrictions must be in accordance with the physician's prescriptions or the state's statutes and regulations. As we provide quality care, we treat our recipients with Respect, Dignity and Professionalism.
